Document Management centralizes every file tied to an account, submission, policy, or partner. Users can drag and drop files or ingest them directly from integrated Outlook, with common formats like PDF, Excel, and Word supported. Outlook uploads can auto-extract and categorize by type, and submission-level organization groups documents by New, Renewal, Endorsement, Cancellation, and Audit. Quotes, binders, and policies are automatically added to the correct section during submission processing, and documents can be emailed to brokers, underwriters, or stakeholders from within the system.

Expert Insured brings these controls together in an agency management system that aligns with real-world insurance teams. Agency or Broker documents live under the Agency/Broker tab for contracts, E&O policies, and licenses. Wholesaler or MGA documents sit under Wholesaler/MGA in Documents/Documents, including contracts and profit-sharing agreements. Writing or Insuring Company materials are under Documents/Forms, where Library holds categorized carrier resources and Policy Forms stores carrier-issued forms. The Shared Document Library under Documents/Library manages form letters, applications, affidavits, underwriting guidelines, and marketing content that users can attach to quotes, binders, policies, or endorsements, then send via in-platform email. These capabilities support end-to-end policy workflows within our insurance operations platform and connect naturally to broader policy processes in Policy Management.
